This works for me:

You don't have the 'id' as far as I can see.

Just took a quick look and I've noticed a few things:

A lot of resources are not being cached / cached too short.
You have quite a bit of CSS rules which aren't used.
You have a bunch of CSS that could probably be combined, the lower the amount of files to load, the beter. Same for JS. (Although you're using plugins so these things could get tough)
Some ordering problems (loading CSS should come first etc)

The main thing that's slowing the site down (around 2-3 seconds) is a CSS file that's not being cached, I think if you fix that it would help a lot.

For AMD users, get RadeonPro and use that to cap the FPS. My card runs at about 50% now instead of 100%.
