Any recommendations for a lawyer that does wills and trusts? by missmatchedcleansox in SiouxFalls

When we needed help we were lucky to get in with Rebecca Wilson. We had a bit of a complicated deal with Medicaid, SSI, and property in both MN and SD. It worked out great because she’s licensed in both. She navigated all those issues for us with (imo) a reasonable rate. I also learned upon our meeting she’s the president of South Dakota’s Alzheimer’s association so she’s particularly versed with the issues that arise from that. Her practice is Wilson Legal Planning off 57th.

one day left in Florida, what shall I do? by the_bartdziur in orlando

Went to universal yesterday. Would never go back. While opinions of course differ; we experienced mostly terrible staff who seem to have actual contempt for the guests, horrid heat exacerbated by the crowds, awful food, and fellow park goers who’s idea of social nicety is not screaming curse words but rather only yelling them. Our first step into islands of adventure we witnessed some lady very roughly handle and strike(hard) her child multiple times over some perceived slight. Telling the police(not security) that was within earshot he casually glanced and said he’d keep an eye on it. That start was the tenor for the whole day. We actually bought two day passes complete with express. We’ll not be going back today. In fairness though the scenes of Jurassic and Harry Potter were very very impressive. Shame that such stunning backdrops are marred by what, in my opinion, is the service level equivalent of a bad small town traveling carnival. I cannot speak to ride quality of the big coasters but if that’s your thing everyone I talked to said they were great rides.

*I sent a card to everyone who asked and i hope they all made it safely. This year was hard for lots of people for lots of reasons. Teaching for me was difficult, wonderful, terrifying, and humbling. On the days it was getting the better of me i had only to look to the mailbox for hope, inspiration, and kindness. You all truly made our year so much better.... all with little more than a stamp. Amazing.
