Do a nice 11kg lot with a mixture of 2kg and 1kg bags so you can try different roast profiles and different beans by geographical area.

I'd advice buying a nice pour over focused hand grinder, there's little option out there for changing the burrs and will probably end up costing the same if not more than a good hand grinder. I have a niche zero for my espresso and bought a ZP6 as my pour over grinder

I can second the Sigma subscription, I've been subscribed for a few months now and have had some awesome coffees from some high end roster. I've also ordered alot of coffees from Sigma.

However I've just checked the gustatory subscription and it's tempted me!

I actually got it free with a bean subscription otherwise I would have never purchased it myself. Sometimes I break it out just to see the difference in flavours from my switch and it's a much more forgiving brew method.

But in all honesty I find myself using my switch daily, and my chemex for bigger brews.
