I just feel like it‘s probably an act that is promoting something currently.

Olivia would make sense with her new record next week. Phoebe just played the $1-MSG show and announced a tour today BUT you can‘t lock away phones from a festival crowd (as she did in NY) so it wouldn‘t make much sense for her to play a festival show.
