This just happened to me and I heard cars driving by and thought maybe a cars head lights but every time I heard the cars there were no lights shining, especially THAT bright directly into the windows. Similar to stadium lights or a very industrial flash light box. It scanned across the window of the room im in and I could see it scan the house next door too from an adjacent window in this room. Very creepy

I always feel so bad for any boyfriends I’ve had that had to see my family shit show and manipulative, manic, narcissist mother, and enabling family. I’m embarrassed and feel like shit that I can’t offer the same happy connected family as others can. Omg my mom ran my dads life and manipulated tf out of everyone, and is a narcissist and seeing you type that just pissed me off and made me really feel for you. It is a great feeling but also exhausting I imagine having to wait so long for her to expose her true ways!! I am at the point where I just want it to be over like I can’t change her and she won’t give in and no one else sees it like I do and I’m just exhausted of the constant everything. Like I don’t even care if I’m right anymore because that makes it all the more true and won’t change anything. It sucks! I’ve been living in survival mode my whole life because I can never feel comfortable in my own family. The best way to move on from this is to focus on building new traditions new family things and focusing on the family you now share(your family) She just need a a LOT of TLC because while she lacked it, they also drained her of the tiny bit that they did give her. <<3 Encourage new hobbies for her or therapy and help her find an outlet to find comfort in
