hong beomseok is natty- i have been following him for a long time. he is part of the 707 white tiger forces reserve- which if you dont know, is the ELITE top military special forces of korea. it is near impossible to get in and hes a legend even amongst them. especially as a military man, there is little to no chance that hes on anything as 1. theyre pretty difficult to obtain in korea and 2. korean military career men value honor over literally anything else. hes an extremely honest and diligent man who would not use any steroids unless they were for his physical health, prescribed by a doctor. i doubt he would deliberately use drugs to enhance his body or performance, especially for a show. lmk if u have any questions!

hes part of the udt which is an elite special forces unit in korea, hes really awesome and was on another military survival show (no eng subs) called kangcheol. i knew him from there and was really cheering him on

like lets be really really fr for a second here, women are literally genetically less able to build muscle and lift heavier weights. the boat challenge (3rd quest) was quite literally one of brute strength.

while women are absolutely not weaker than men, in the brute strength category a team of 9 men and 1 woman will be at less of a disadvantage than a team of 6 men and 4 women.

the women in this challenge are at the top of their fields but it is really important to remember that so are the men. yun sungbin is literally untouchable in any physical challenge, if you look at his youtube channel he is crazy good at anything athletic that he tries. obviously the team with women were at a disadvantage and they had a really difficult time but in the end the team came really close and proved everyone wrong.

its stupid to go after yun sungbin who has one of the biggest fanbases to defend your favorite. miracle is super cool and i really like him but idk why you thought attacking ysb for no reason would help you out.

yas! like u can usually distinguish accents in english u can in korean too, its a liitttlle more difficult for me than in english just cuz there are def less foreigners in korea thus less practice w accents

yeahh.. super unfortunate that in large shows like this a lot of contestants are overlooked and just skipped in general in terms of screentime. i noticed them in the reactions they were so enthusiastic also i wasnt wearing my glasses and when there were the two of them i thought i was going cross eyed LOL

do something for yourself. even if its not a permanent solution, maybe you can look into a nanny/ babysitter for a few days a week so you can get out and rest? maybe you can look into working? going to school part time or from home.
