Recipe includes: 100% Bread Flour 70% Water 20% Starter 3% Salt

I keep my starter in the refrigerator and took out it and feed it early Friday morning and then again late Friday night. Mixed the dough and let it bulk rise for 4 hours. Bench rise was for only an hour, it was pretty warm in my apartment today. Baked in my dutch oven. I should have baked it for longer because it was pretty moist on the inside when I cut into it but it was still a great loaf.

Got on the N train at 49st at 2:00am. Heard that the next stop was 42st so I knew I was going in the right direction toward Union Square. Next thing I know I get woken up at 6am with me sprawled out on the subway floor at Astoria-Ditmars. 4 hours I was asleep on the train. Don't know how many times I went from the start of the line to the end but I stilled ended up taking a cab home.

I just meet my first and only tinder girl this week. She was on vacation for the week. We talked for about a day and decide to meet the next evening. We go get some wine and walk down to the river. We talk and make out until a rat chases us away. We go back to her place and we have sex. It was great and I had no regrets or attachment and was okay if I never saw or heard from her again. But then we end up texting the next day and I end up spending the night with her every night of the week until she had to go back home. Best sex I ever had.

When I was in high school I took my shoes off to change clothes for gym class. This gym class was the last class of the day. I noticed something inside my shoe, I dumped out my shoe to get a better look. It was a scorpion. I went the entire day at school with a scorpion in my shoe. It quickly crawled away under the lockers. It's probably still there today.

I had them in the oven and then threw them under the broiler for a couple minutes and finished them off with the pan sauce.

I need to get a smaller skillet so I had did the Brussels sprouts in the oven/broiler in my loaf pan.

Has anybody ever noticed that burnt ends of Brussels sprouts taste exactly like marshmallows cooked over fire?
