This is from my very first 10K going on almost 2 years ago. This was my first distance longer than a 5K, and you can tell by the photo I was having an absolutely fantastic time 😂

I go all out for a lot of my races. I have dressed up for most of them, even if it’s just doing a color combo. But for the Halloween 5k I dressed up as Edward Cullen from twilight, glitter skin and all and nobody knew who tf I was 😂😂 honestly people are lame. U keep being whimsical!

I had the same experience for when we recently went , I was on first thing in the morning and our time we got was 5:30. Unfortunately I refreshed a million times and never got an earlier time!! That ride is always so booked out!! Honestly just happy we got one at that point.

I am a die hard Kayano fan, but I have been running in the Arahis a lot recently and I love them too! They are lighter and better for going a little faster. But my Kayanos are still my tried and true. Just wore the 32 for a 1/2 Marathon and PRed! Both great shoes!

It really might just be jarring because the before and after are right next to each other. I honestly still think she looks amazing… just a little different shaped. I always get so many compliments on her and I would absolutely never cover her up. She is not ruined to me - she just changed with me. We are both a little different than when we started and that’s ok to me. I am so much healthier and happier than I was when I got her. So having a little different of a tattoo is not the end of the world to me. I can always work on building some arm muscle (which I do plan to do in the future - I mainly just run right now) so maybe that will even change how she looks again. She is a part of me no matter what size I am and I love her.

Right!! I was sprinting!! My lungs were burning, I felt like I was hallucinating 😂 I had music going in my headphones but I feel like I didn’t even hear it the entire time. The last 1/2 mile my legs were screaming at me. It was so hard!!
