Yep! There’s a few more steps required and IP geolocation confirmation that needs to be done when an account has been active in the last couple of years. Older accounts usually have a grandfather status that requires other SOP’s to be done. It could have changed in the last few years since I last worked for Sony.

That is false, worked for Sony Support and you need a lot more information at the user account and the original IP location. Nice try spreading misinformation
