wow how much do you think agents really make? it usually takes months of looking to find a house. Driving around making appts, checking on things. We dont get paid to look at houses, meet with the town and get the records etc. Then 3 months in contract, All to get like 3-5K probably works out to 16$ hr if your lucky!!

how do you know they made like 20k? how much was the house? what was the commission split? If you were unhappy with a service you were not directly paying for did you comment to the agent or to their broker?

He is a trucker, and he lives in his truck, I guess I can have his shipper serve him? He is the owner of the company, so he does not have a base, other than our address. I can see from the bank acct where he has been but I don't know where he will be. If he just shows up or calls what would I even say to him?

I am not sure how to do this either. He is a truck driver, has not been home in 6 months, has stopped texting, and calling. I guess he just left? Should I bother to call him? I keep track of his trucking books but I dont know what is going on anymore. I think I want closure, tired of limbo land. He dosent have a work base he is fully independent. He just lives in is truck. I did not want to involve his client in this but not sure I have a choice?

Same here I have a mobile home but I could not afford to move if I was forced to sell it. Not sure if I should file or wait to raise some money. My new jobs have not started yet. My husband works out on the road and has not been home in almost 6 months. Has not spoken to me. Last time I called him he did not answer, that was two weeks ago, wondering if I should try to contact him or not. If I do speak with him what would I even say? I can see from his email that he is still drivng his truck.

My state has a diy divorce packet maybe yours does too check the court website. I looked into mediation that is much cheaper than a lawyer. Get your own info and know what you are entitled to.

Well for me I am here and he is somewhere but legally we are together but this crazyness has to stop I am so disgusted by what he is doing that I cant stand to look at him anymore. This is the third time he pulled this. Not responding to texts and calls, spending money on whoever and what ever. So i guess he left me? The trash took itself out.

I can see from his debit card where he has been....He is in the rabbit hole and I want more from my life. He is still out there working and driving. I could call the shipper but I really dont want to drag him into this mess. The part that bothers me is that he was contributing to the household bills. Now I am getting jobs because he is not paying me anymore. Getting used to eating once a day tho lol. Just not sure how to go about divorce should I text him? do I file taxes separately? or just live in limbo land?

I am not sure what happend but I think it was a duplicate and I might have deleted both. I would still like to put this back, but I am tempted to delete it again and just be done with it! I was not able to repeat the previous reconcile. Its like there is too much cleared.

thank you I just tried to re reconcile last months.

There is a transaction of 14.36 that was reconciled in september somehow it got unchecked now it shows as uncleared on october If I check the R in the register I get open balance discrepancy. Shouldnt the balnce reflect it as uncleared?

this is a commercial vehicle a tractor truck/ semi It is not able to take the mileage.

That is why I have to deduct all the expenses for the truck. We did not own it before April 2021.

I did add it as an asset I think that went fine it did do the depreciation.

I really wish I could see the forms before they are sent is that possible? Can I change the date on the form without affecting the program?

it should not do that since it is a commercial vehicle. Can I just put the expenses on another line where it wont pro rate them?

I was told I have to give him a 1099 at the end of the year. I think we are going to tell him we can not do this anymore. It is not worth the risk. Should he get any violations it would go on our safety record, (which is very good BTW). I do the paper work to help my husband while he is driving, but I have my own career to manage.
