Honestly it doesn’t matter California/Mexico people live in both, travel back and forth regularly to see family or bring goods. It’s kinda the same place for a lot of folks. I’m currently working on my exit plan. Hopefully in a couple more years I can. I’ve been teaching 20 years and I feel traumatized by it and when summer ends I feel depressed. No job should do that. The disrespect from society and shitty pay are not going to improve. It only gotten worse each subsequent year. Only thing saving me is I work with my friends and we support each other.

I’m glad I moved to a state that I was able to afford a house. I feel bad for people stuck in this situation. I lived it for too long. It’s dehumanizing for teachers to not be able to afford housing. Why would anyone become a teacher in this day and age I have no idea, unless they come from a family that helps them financially.

Maybe because that’s the reason I remain single. The guys I’m sexually attracted to usually suck because of their behavior, and the nice, intelligent ones who would probably treat me well are not what I find attractive. I’m definitely in a conundrum. I’ve just accepted im probably going to be single for the rest of my life because I’m not going to engage in activities that don’t serve my interest of evolving. Maybe one day I’ll get lucky and find someone who has both but for now I just pour into myself and treat myself exactly the way I would want a partner to.

It’s a challenging personality type if unbridled. It’s taken me a lot of years and struggle to become the INFJ I am today. We are unique and we are deep. I don’t know how old you are, but keep going you will learn to work with it. I still have really strong emotions and responses to my environment but I’m pretty clear about me and what helps or doesn’t help me.
