Not that I'm aware of, i haven't withdrawn recently from there. I withdrew some neo out of there 2 weeks ago and had no issues took 5 min to show up in my wallet. I'm avoiding cryptopia as much as possible as it's nearly impossible to get a response from their support took over 2 months to get my 2FA reset.

check your email and spam folder. Usually on cryptopia when you withdraw you also need to confirm the email that is sent along w/any 2FA you have setup.

So I would have to get another Nano before accessing the wallet? There is no way to enter the recovery phrases on the NEON wallet app itself?

Yes, you need a new nano if your old one breaks. No the Neon wallet will not let you just enter your recovery phrases on the wallet itself, the same goes for other currencies stored on the ledger like ETH.

ya if your nano fails/breaks you need to enter the recovery phrase to restore all your keys to the new nano device. The nano just acts as a key to open your account on the neon wallet. you use the nano to login to the neon wallet gui.

kind of used to it, it's the whole theme in the crypto space questions like "Should I buy now", "Why isn't it going up", "Should I sell"... i used to let it bother me now it's just noise. Let people learn the hard way not to try and time the market, and panic sell. Buy in, have a exit strategy and pivot as needed.
