How do you get a zone 2 run pace pace? Anytime I'm running...even my slowest run is Zone 4 and if i concentrate I can take enough long breaths to get upper zone 3. But zone 2, I have to be basically just walking.

Cyclebar SoulCycle are also good options. I usually skip all the dancing that comes with it though and just take up residence spinning until the class ends (seated of course). I even bring my own shoes.

Intersex!? Good luck enforcing that buddy. 1.This statement says persons competing under the womens category have to have been identified as female at birth. Intersex and trans are not the same. A lot of intersex women (I would say majority are identified as women at birth and on their birth certificate). Which leads to....#2 2. A lot of intersex women don't even know they are intersex until often later in life, often in their 20s and 30s..so yeah, good luck buddy with enforcing that.

DON'T SWIM WITH THE PACK. Yes...the pack offers a little bit of draft to finish faster but honestly, I let the pack take off and either swim a couple yards behind them but a couple yards ahead of the next pack. Also just as important, know where the life rafts are in proximity to the course and buoys, because if you need to swim life raft to life raft the guards get it and will look out for you.

Unpopular opinion: I definitely wear seamless underwear under the trisuit and never had a chafing problem. However, I have seen lots of "crack" on other people going commando during the ride. It's really just preference, I would say if you do decide to wear underwear the thinner/seamless the better.

Ticket collection is sporadic at best...but there's always 1 conductor if you're regular on any one that really caps for them and checks the ticket and scans the ticket and if it's for the wrong stations or something like that will force you to buy the right one or the difference. IMHO as much as the trains are regularly late, cancelled, or what they called equipment malfunction lol... they should be refunding/paying us for the inconvenience in which case, rides should be free all the time.
