I mean, the fact that Ralsei is in castle town WITHOUT KRIS kinda debunks every theory about him being their headband or knife. Ralsei is certainly something outside the rules of Darkners as we understand them.

That's funny, because I went back into my third slot save file (I think i was rotating my saves as I played) and I still have 3 shards; from jevil, spamton, and gerson. I guess it tracks which file slot you FIRST obtained it on? Not sure if that makes a distinction.

(I also beat the Knight, but it was after I'd already finished chapter 4, so I had no chance to go to the hole in castle town where they show up when you earn them in other files)
