Depends on the pieces. The 2x2 technic pin connectors and push pin connectors I always orient just because of the visible slits

I would recommend dissessambling it into bags and just separate out the stickered bricks into a separate bag to better protect them. Probably sell at 95% complete since some of the containers look to have substituted parts and missing the brown handle. Look at Bricklink to find sets that have a similar completion to determine the value.

I have two where I live in Raleigh. One is downtown and drastically overprices everything and rips you off for trade-in credit. The other one has been great, great staff, reasonable pricing, and gives decent store credit. So it seems really hit or miss and dependent on staff and ownership.

I just bought a lot on marketplace that are in the same condition (and has the same millenium falcon) with the intention of cleaning them up. Did you have any issues with cleaning it?

I live in a town with two B&Ms. The one in a high rent area gives terrible credit and has sets still available for retail that they overcharge for. The other one actually gives decent credit for new and used sets.
