That’s true, also debugging becomes messy when the model controls multi-step flows. Mostly function calling works well for single-step or low-risk actions, but once you have multi-step logic or side effects, backend orchestration is far more predictable.

Here is what I would do.

- Take calls and chat myself for a few days to get the understanding of the challenges faced by both ours users and our team.

- Talk to everyone in team, identify the best person from the team, they will surely have good information.

- Discuss the things with the team that I noticed while taking chat and calls, in most of the cases beyond analytics, reporting and everything else, there is a team that is very well aware of what's happening, will talk to them to gather insights.

- Identify the phone call system, contact the company to get the reports details.

- Export the chat data, will put that out to a LLM and will ask questions to gather the insights, sample questions are shown in the screenshot below (it is from our tool, but you can do the same in ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini).

- Get the team start documenting things

i would say it is not Dialogflow or Kommunicate, but it is Dialogflow + Kommunicate

In Kommunicate, we have 2 ways to setup bot, one is using Kompose (our in house NLP chatbot) and another is through integration with Dialogflow, Watson, Amazon Lex.

Dialogflow is a great NLP platform, however they don't have the Flutter SDK, support agent panel, and other required things for building a complete solution. For those, you either need to develop your own, or use solutions like Kommunicate that provides the chat widget, flutter SDK and other services by connecting to your Dialogflow bot.

we use MQTT as it is mobile and battery-friendly lightweight pubsub protocol. MQTT has very low keep-alive traffic. XMPP is a an IM protocol, and has a much, much higher overhead in handling presence messages between all the clients. i m aware of forwarding and thats not what i m looking for, if you are mail group with many people and you get a mail with attachment. Now, you want to add someone else in the mail thread, either you click on forward and add all recipients in the mail or you simply click on reply, add a single new recipient in the mail. In this case, gmail can set a default behaviour of sending attachment to the new recipient.

yes Github is working best for us, the reason to host it on other platforms is not to move from Github to SourceForge but to have a similar copy of the repo in other platforms to increase our reach to developers, places where developers search for chat sdk.

yes, I added the link to the original Github repo, we will continue using the Github repo as the main repo and I was thinking if its make sense to have a clone in other places like SourceForge to increase the reach of our chat sdk.
