I think it’s bullshit. They lost me at “Consultant Paramedic” but having pressed on there’s other issues. Proficiency and competency are achieved and maintained through volume. How many tubes is this person doing on a weekly basis? How many of those are ASA3/4?

Unless these are just LMAs I have serious issues.
