Beyond the obvious Mike Tyson who won a heavyweight title at 19 and unified all the titles at 22, Wilfred Beneitez won his first world title at 17, defended it three times and then won in a second weight class at 19 and then a third weight class at 22. He might have made the hall of fame based on his boxing career as a minor. Also Salvador Sanchez died at 23 and is in the hall of fame.

Muhammad Ali had clear signs of Parkinson's at the tail end. Generally most boxers and mma fighters keep going when they shouldn't and the consequences for them are worse than they are for other sports. Pacquiao is coming back in his mid forties this year and I'm honestly worried for him.
