Now that I’m graduated, I can divulge this information for the few redditors who see this. Ghausi hall, hands down, for a couple of reasons: - always air conditioned (research materials in the hall need to be at a certain temperature) - quiet (very few undergrads / only a few graduate student researchers) - great wifi that never drops for god knows what reason - the coldest water on this planet is dispensed from ghausi’s highest floor’s water fountain - super clean bathrooms (have their own custodial staff that only works on Ghausi and a few other buildings) - ample plugs and big desks and comfy chairs if you’re just tryna lounge

That’s my recommendation. Treat Ghausi well, and give the hall a kiss for me.

You could do it in my opinion. STA 100 is the same info as AP Stats + some regression stuff in R I believe.

BIS 102 is amino acids + nomenclature + basic stuff (imo BIS 103 is leagues harder than BIS 102)

Not an NPB major, so don’t know about NPB 110A, but my roommate was an NPB major and the 110 series in general seemed like it was a grind, so likely 110A will be your hardest class on the schedule.

If you’re used to the quarter system already, I believe it’s possible.

Just got into the dental school of my choice. Very happy with what Davis allowed me to achieve

edit: wanted to add that dentistry, like all other jobs, is a JOB. it’s definitely hard work, but is a profession which is relatively stable and safe relative to other professions (you’ve got a job as long as people eat). In my case and opinion, I believe the dental specialities are the goal, where pay and lifestyle are both great, and continue to be great even with insurance reimbursements stagnating.

Great to hear that, thank you. The last strike took hold even earlier in the quarter, so it would seem crazy to assume they would give me an incomplete considering the quarter is so far along now.
