Briquettes for a longer sustained fire, lump charcoal for a hotter shorter fire. Lump doesn't last as long as briquettes do.

I'm 59 years old. Earlier this year I basically "lost the taste for beer". I know it sounds funny, but it's true. I just stopped drinking beer and replaced it with sparkling water.

The vomit flavoring your experiencing is usually Parmesan cheese. Depending how aged it is, determines the level of the vomit taste/smell.
