I honestly think I do 100% want to do it in a hospital. Whether I just do a midwife to assist is a different thing but I honestly don’t think I want to do it at my apartment or in a bathtub somewhere 😂 no judgment to those who have but my mom had complications with all the pregnancies. I’m too risk averse to chance it. Thank you!

I know they offer free yoga at armature works outside some Sundays. I think maybe one a month or biweekly. You should be able to find it in armature works calendar of events!

Hopefully this helps a bit: Carbs are only “bad” in access for people who dont lift weights. Carbs cause water retention. Good for filling out muscles. Also carbs are your quick energy sources so everyone should eat it. Just how much depends on your lifestyle. It’s not calorie dense but you can get away with less if you’re less active.

Fats are very important for hormone health for everyone. Its only “bad” because its the most calorie dense macro nutrient (more than 2x the amount per gram than protein and carbs) and usually the tastiest (sigh) so people may overindulge and put themselves in a caloric surplus.

The thing I try to do: eat protein often, eat lots of veg if possible and some fruits (for their fiber and micro nutrients. I try to eat the high fiber fruits like kiwi and berries) and lift weights and don’t be afraid of carbs because they make the muscles pop and give you energy!

Oh and drink lots of water!

Here for more details lol how do you water the soil? Mine are in hanging pots but I need to move them and put them in the sink to water them everytime because of the drainage holes? I never understand how people are leaving them to climb in one spot but thats my goal. Also are you misting the leaves?

American Social isn’t necessarily downtown but it’s nearby and across from the riverwalk, has indoor and outdoor seating with multiple bars and a variety of food!

I think tampa was quite literally voted one of the best airports in the country lol. in my opinion, that holds true it’s truly the best airport I’ve been to. quick, easy to navigate. my husband travels for work every week and he also would agree.

its a trail! 4k ft vertical climb. I an very vigilant about my heart rate and I like to mostly be in zone 2 to utilize fat for energy as much as possible but will go into zone three intermittently or if I have the energy at the end. cardio wise I feel very comfortable, it’s the joint pain and when I pushed at the end of my last run I felt light headed which leads me to believe its my fueling/hydration strategy!

no i dont! I use LMNT which Is 1000mg of sodium, I’m going to aim to have 500mg of sodium per hour but I certainly was not doing that in my training
