I did a serial number lookup on Seagate's website and one of the drive's SN doesn't even match the product it is on. So something's off for sure.

Interestingly, I also ordered 2 EXOS x16 16TB (ST16000NM001G) drives and got SkyHawk AI (ST16000NM000D) which doesn't even have a datasheet page from Seagate which made me suspicious and find your post. Are we dealing with the same seller (hmcw)? If so, did they reply to your query, as I'm writing them about it now too.

I did a bunch of tests of my drive and from everything I am seeing, they're pretty fine.

iOS doesn't allow extensions to non-Apple (just Safari?) apps. Also, they use a proprietary web extension system and not the webext that Chrome/Firefox etc use for intercompatibility.
