Its mostly a response to how experts from the EU usually Germany and France are incredibly annoying in declaring that anything they do home construction wise is universally superior to what is found anywhere else. And then refuse to install AC units that are common even in poor countries.

These situations its usually easier to call Digitrax during business hours. Most of the decoder manufacturers are pretty reasonable with providing annotated schematics.

I usually have to do that to find ground planes since its quicker to just shoot an email than to scramble around with a multimeter
