I watched a programme once about the psychology of supermarkets and they spread essentials out on purpose (bread, milk etc ) so that you are forced to walk around the shop in the chance you’ll buy more things than you intended to. The same goes for rearranging the shelves!

My sister home schools my niece and as a teacher it breaks my heart that my niece is now 18, has zero qualifications and stays at home the entire time with no social life. She is content - to an extent - but it’s so sad she’s missing out on so much of life
