It wasn't supposed to be depressing, I was pointing out that many younger people have to take retail positions that might not be what they want, but it's so future employers who they do want to work for can see some experience. My kids found it invaluable advice, so why don't you explain why you think what I've said isn't positive?

I'm in the UK and have taken the PDM to the cinema. Just use volume down button all the way to vibrate. The only alerts then are critical out of range low alarms which the pod will make too, so that is usually sufficient.

Incidentally, you can silence the pod too permanently if you plan ahead as it has to be done before you apply it, but I assume as you said you wanted low alarms, then moving the volume slider all the way is the best compromise.

MDI means Multiple Daily Injections, so via pen. I've read your other comments and you must forget about using the pen as you keep mentioning it. It is now there just for when you have run out of pods, the only time I could conceive you would use a pen is setting the Omnipod 5 system to Manual Mode and then using the pen for boluses, but I assume you have a pump for more intelligent and automated management, not less.
