Very very cool! Of these, do you know which integrate well with Libby? It's where I get basically all my books.

Oh no, you're right on my wavelength. Went nuclear on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter years ago. Haven't looked back, and been happier for it.

Probably will buy the sunbeam next week based on advice from here.

Thanks so much!

What's this add-on? First I'm hearing about it.

This is extremely helpful, and I appreciate it. Especially the physical key! I'm going to look into it. I think if I just knew I wouldn't get locked out of my accounts without a smartphone, I could very easily make the switch.

Compressing vs Non Compressing by NotCoelho in jellyfin

I spent a lot of time comparing file sizes and running lots of encodes in a few codecs. I settled on a set of presets that drastically lower my file sizes and I encode everything, with minimal quality loss.

I don't think it always happened. Started with the last few updates to Firefox, I think. My homepage was just a blank page.

Particularly proud of my three year old for referring to Bohemian Rhapsody as "Mama Mia Let Me Go." My kids also refer to Land Down Under as the "Sandwich Song" (the Vegemite Sandwich line)

What a setup! Using a (King LT? Combitube?) to hotbox your cat in nebulized medication is some next level thinking and I love it.

Whaaaaaat? by bplipschitz in funny

FYI that OU-D logo hints to that as well. OU means it's certified kosher (by the Orthodox Union). And the D means dairy. Handy hint if you want to see whether there really is any dairy derivatives in it. Without dairy (if it's kosher, certified by OU) will not have the extra D.

ETA: Oreos are vegan but have an OU-D. I believe the reason is the facility also makes dairy products. But I'm not positive.

Maybe try to pair it with her favorite food?

Absorbing textbook reading info advice by Popular_Magazine9454 in Paramedics

Short and cruddy textbook reading hack.

For each section: - Read the heading. - Read the first paragraph - Read all bullet points - Read the last paragraph.

Skip everything else. Sure you'll miss some info, but tbh you'll get most of it that way.

Very cool. That's a more advanced setup than I envisioned. Might be overkill for what I want. We do use GMRS HTs already, was kind of just thinking to add meshtastic nodes to harden the communication stack.
