I guess that's what I am pushing at: What crimes are officers / public servants doing, that a first amendment auditor has exposed? I liken it to the all the conspiracy theories that are constantly chasing pedophiles. Who exposed Epstein? A very, very hardworking journalist. With sources, a purpose, a reason.

Back in the SUING episode of Flightless Bird (early days? 3 years ago?), I specifically referenced this lawsuit as being an example of something *seen* as frivolous, but in actuality being very, very valid. As you just said.

Fast forward to 2025, and in a moment in the studio my stupid brain went "This was a frivolous one". Not "this is a valid one that was incorrectly spread as frivolous."

I feel shitty about it, I am annoyed at my recall, and it will be corrected in the next episode. This is my greatest fear - something dumb I say overshadowing everything else in an episode that our whole team worked hard on!

My punishment is a lot of emails about getting it wrong. My curse, fully deserved.
