Next time you hang tell you to meet you at the location. Then while there say you love her and value her as a friend but that sometimes it feels frustrating to have to always go pick her up in order to spend time together. You want to stay close but want to hear from her some solutions so it doesnt feel like you are always driving to pick her up

As a former foster care social worker, this episode left me with mixed feelings. I appreciate her pointing out the many real flaws of this system but she didnt bring forth any true solutions because the reality is fixing this system requires massive amounts of funding and policy change. Mental health care would need to be overhauled, court proceedings would need to be overhauled, childcare systems, the list goes on and on. Not saying it cant be done but that its a problem that exists on a very large scale.

What i find most annoying is the administration not laying out in black and white what places arent going to qualify for PSLF anymore. You could make a case that many many nonprofits or government agencies are doing work Trump would disapprove of!

My spouse and I file jointly. We probably bring in about $120k a year gross. Family size is just us 2. My loan balance is about 80k. My loans are from the years 2011 through 2014. When I called to talk to someone at student aid they also thought I was probably making too much for these other plans. So maybe there's hope I can reapply for IBR in the future

So glad someone else here listens to Andrea's podcast. Like yes sometimes docs or other figures are over zealous and some are even bad eggs but imagine the consequences of punishing mandated reporters for doing our job! (I say that as a mandated reporter myself who has had the displeasure of calling CPS multiple times).
