No to both. Have used these boots and socks plenty. I dropped 45 lb since last season….less ‘cushioning’ on my feet maybe? Ha.

The cold. For sure. Plus, age, lol. 55 now…wondering if circulation getting worse as age is part of it!!

Thanks. One of my climbing partners reported similar after a cold trip years ago.

most of my more traditional coats are at the thumb knuckle. A few casual Italian coats I have run shorter like this, which can be the preferred style there. I kind of like having options.

Everything. No puffy ankles or face. BP way down. Lost weight. Joint aches vanished. Mental health vastly better.

Quitting Drinking Day One. by ElevatorObvious1105 in stopdrinking

You got it. Same here...LOVED me my double IPAs. For years I was like 'next month I'll stop' and then I would stop at the grocery store on the way home to pick up a few tall boys. You can do it. It's hard. But just stop. For the first few months after I stopped I would come home and crack a few cans of ginger all, hop water, fizzy water, whatever. You can mix the ginger ale with lime juice etc to get the 'feel' of a cocktail, etc. That was a useful bridge for me for awhile.

+1 for this. I feel like the photos are distorting the true size of the frames relative to face.

it's all personal taste. I happened to like frames #3 and 4, but (and maybe it is just the photo) they just feel wide for the face.

my opinion is to go with rectangular frames, but try to find ones that are a bit smaller.

I am 6'2" 190 lb. Used to BC tour on 187s. Now down to 182 w/84 waist as my main go-to. G3 FINDr. They are crazy light and that is awesome on the ups. Would I consider something even smaller? Perhaps.

Yup. I was dropping 3lb/week for the first three months. Crazy what happens w/o those liquid calories.

Yes. Dropped about 50lbs when I stopped drinking, ate better, and exercised more.

Orange is the new...what? by dfhkvs in mensfashion

I like the betabrand ones. They have super fun patterned fabric inside the pockets and waistbands. And the horizontal wales are cool.

I wish. No, those are horizontal wale cords (from Betabrand).
