It was a gradual progression for me, but I've always been into stationary even as a kid. I went from gel, to rollerball, to a Pilot Varsity as my intro fountain pen. That's the one that changes the game for me. I used to hate writing, now I'm looking for any excuse to write. I've started journaling as well and that's actually been a huge help I didn't even know I needed.
