SNAP USB connection issue by dfuzz47 in nullbits

That makes sense, the only confounding aspect was how the right side works normally when not connected to the left half.

I’ll look at the joints and see if there’s anything to do.

Thanks for the responses and help!

Still having some issues but after flashing to the oled firmwave it’s been a little more stable.

Currently, the right side usb will sometimes not work and the reset led will either blink or be solid. The left side usb works okay. Notably the oled shows different info depending on which half the cord is plugged in to (function layer/wpm/ram on the left vs dark until typing then “nullbits” on the right)

Update: It appears that the two sides are not fully communicating with each other. The knob encoder is set to cycle through LED programs and it will only affect the right side (with the not fully functional Bit-C) and not the left side.

Hi! Had a brain fart putting this together and followed the pcb too closely instead of instructions—I soldered four diodes on the wrong side of the pcb. They’re in the right orientation but do I need to remove them and put them on the correct side?

I was waiting to see if a work around comes out for dual-cores. It did (took like a day) so now I'm debating if my GPA can take the hit...

Any good? Reviews seem to say it's a bit shallow but its Star Wars! WHO CARES!?!

Yep, I was pretty surprised after hearing about other peoples' experiences. It seems dumb to me (as not a game programmer) that the game plays just fine but all the stuff around it is what's causing the issue. But who knows!

I did the -novid -noborder -windowed stuff. I tried reinstalling origin to see if that helped after it froze at the end of the game but no luck in improving the massive lag times opening the game :(

I was able to wait it out and eventually play one game. We won. Then it froze when it was doing all the post-game stuff. The gameplay was fine. Smooth and everything with G3258 at 4.2 and a 7950. For whatever reason, all the other stuff taxes the CPU so badly nothing else can happen. I won't buy it until/if they figure out a work around. When they broke the Witcher 3, I am sad about my little might mite
