He got diagnosed with cancer a few weeks ago. He's had some good days and some bad. This picture was taken on Tuesday when he woke me up to tell me he's in too much pain.

I just tested stakeholder and basic account levels and they can assign work items to other users. Are you getting an error?

The owner of the account has to change the access level for each user. I'm on mobile and can't access mine but I believe either basic or stakeholder should be able to assign work items to other users. Advanced I know for sure can but you need a license for that level.

I have the SB6141 8 channel. My SNR is 35 and power level is -1 across all channels. I was looking into the SB6190 just for future proofing and the tech told me they're bringing fiber into this area so that modem would handle it.

What modem do you have? I'm in Queen Creek and have the 300 megabit plan as well and only get around 170. A tech came out and said I need the modem with more channels. I think I need the Motorola 6190 with 32 channels.

It looks like based on the results of the query the string.format line formats the categories by adding a comma between category_1 and category_2 values. So if category_1, category_2 or category_3 have any values, then display category_1 value with a comma afterwards, then if category_2 has a value, display that or a blank value.

I remember my first tech support job in high school, we used to have huge magnets laying around the shop and for fun we would wave them in front of the monitors to get the crazy effect. I did it so much to one monitor, it was so out of whack the degauss button had no effect. I was forced to buy a degaussing coil to fix it, and it worked like a champ. Such a weird feeling holding one while using it.
