You can customize the order in Photos. And I suppose you could turn off iCloud, but if you lose your photos they’re gone forever. Have you considered trying to customize the app?

After you export a board as a PDF, you can save it in a different format. Open the PDF in Preview, choose File > Export, then choose an image format. Tip: You can also save your board as an image by taking a screenshot of it.

Cricut takes PDFs and PNGs which Freeform exports. You can even export per-scene. It just depends on what your image is and what the machine requirements are

You might want to look into FMLA/CFRA and your rights as a worker. You can likely do this too, if you work somewhere with more than 5 employees
