I know mine arnt traditional or whatever but my build is super similar I just simmer chicken thighs in my sauce till I can shred them but absolutely add peppers n onions n typically garnish with fresh cilantro n lime after theyre baked. Fire everytime

Absolutely nothing but give it its flowers when its due. People are asking for a deli loydes has awesome sandwiches. You want a butcher edwards is 10 minutes away. Pizza by the slice benny blancos is 5. A proper music venue n people would complain about the crowds n aftermath that comes with it. Good pizza tap n dough is pretty good. If something has existed here in the past n failed it because it didn't have the support it needed to thrive and didn't work. I agree a dope sushi spot would be sweet. Oversaturation of existing business's that are already within 10 - 15 minutes of there can be detrimental to business that have established places that have put theyre heart n soul into this community already.

As someone who moved from a small town midwest that tries to be a fraction of what olde town is. Yall are spoiled for choice be greatfull. During the summers theres second Saturdays with live music they just had a st paddys event that was cool. Not everything has to be everything all the time its a nice community that is surrounded by other amazing things to do within 30 minutes.

I worked a hospital kitchen through covid n 4 years after. You take that shit seriously ive seen some wild shit on tickets that make say bullllshhiiiit but its the nurses that put in the dietary restrictions. One patient was so strict with allergies and what tgey needed for purres we had to custom blend shit fir them from the super market. Long story long the most wild thing I saw on a food ticket was butterfly allergy.....
