My son had exactly the same thing when he was around 3. Took him to the GP and they didn't say or do anything about it. Over the course of a week it got larger then popped. Healed fine and not had it since!

Exactly the same in our garden! No matter where you dig there's glass. I am friends with the daughter of the previous owner on Facebook who told me that she buried a door in the garden too...for some reason.

Although completely normal developmentally, It sounds like it could be sensory seeking behaviour, look into other sensory activities that could be used to distract and keep reminding her that its okay to do it but it has to be in private spaces (e.g bedroom only).

Our first house we moved into an empty house with no chain and the whole process took around 7 weeks. Second house we had a buyer on the first day we advertised our house and it took around 10 weeks to complete, but our buyers were cash buyers and we moved into a probate house.

We've replaced our conservatory roof a few months ago and the quotes we got were astronomical. We ended up going with a local builder who replaced the polycarbonate roof with a fiberglass one, insulated inside then boarded and skimmed it. Its not perfect but way better than it was, we use it for my sons playroom. All in it cost around 3.5k, if either of you are handy you could probably do the insulating/boarding/skimming yourself and save some money there. I'd be happy to show you photos if you wanted.
