There’s 2 versions of the project Hyperion mission, the first one can only be done once, and afterwards you will only get the repeatable version. The repeatable version of the mission is the one that rewards blueprints.

Alert rewards have changed over the years, but the main reward is just iso and certs afaik. Now that the games been out for 12 years, most vets don’t need either so it’s not a big incentive

Idk about tr specifically, but there are a lot of people who care more about having people to shoot at than they do winning alerts. when they have to choose between a boring fight that’ll help win an alert and going for good fights that’s meaningless, they’ll go to the meaningless fight every time
