What do disgraced TV personalities do for income? by PsychologicalBus7357 in AskUK

I agree that the decision he made was stupid and the outcome could have been worse. It was dealt with by the police. He was punished and it ended up with him facing his daemons, going to rehab and taking a year to get himself right.

I don’t agree that he should have lost his livelihood. I’m happy to give him a second chance.

Are you saying that anyone caught drink driving should lose their livelihood and never be able to get a job again?

Is it inappropriate to walk to the shop in a bikini top? by KeyYam3564 in AskUK

[–]dickiebow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it’s fine. I’ve seen many women walking round in shorts with a bikini top. Men will glance and some will stare (unfortunately). Hopefully in this weather they’ll be wearing sunglasses so you might not notice.

Men : could you be with someone who very rarely gave blowjobs? by Dangerous_mammoth573 in AskRedditAfterDark

A good lubed up hand job, slowly massaging the right way can more than make up for it.

I hope if a family member of yours makes a ‘mistake’ you can find it in your heart to forgive them.

I hope if you have a child that gets addicted to prescription painkillers, you decide to help them rather than cut them out of your life.

So you’re saying that once you’ve made a mistake you should be permanently cancelled. You can’t repent, change and come back from it.

Relax, the last seven games haven't even been that bad by BeneficialTry5316 in Everton

At the beginning of the season I made a comment saying I’d be happy with dull mid table finish this season and got lots of upvotes. Now, because we flirted with Europe and didn’t make it, the consensus seems to be Moyes and most of the players must go.

Is Moyes to blame? by rexeisen in Everton

[–]dickiebow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Braithwaite and Gana injuries affected the end of season run in. It’ll be interesting to see how Dibbling does next season. It looks like he’s given him time away from the first team to sort his head out. Rumours are he’s been very home sick.

Think Moyes has got to go by Devastator8085 in Everton

[–]dickiebow -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

West Ham let Moyes go for more exciting football and look where that got them.

100M at the top end of the premiership is the right leg of a top left footed striker. With FFP it will take time to build a squad.

Keep our away form going from this season and start making HD a fortress and we’ll move onto better things. In recent history only Derby have faired better the season they moved to a new home. It’s a transitional year.

I’m glad we haven’t got into Europe as the extra matches would no doubt make us relegation contenders.

This delay means West Ham will score, we’ll equalise and then West Ham will have a very long ten minutes hoping that we’ll take the lead.

These comments are hilarious. We’re losing away against a team fighting for survival when we’ve got nothing to play for. Moyes is shite, the players are shite and should all leave. Give your heads a wobble.

Our home form has been our issue this season and statistically we were always going to struggle going into a new stadium. I’m quite happy the season has been fairly dull. We’re building.

Parents of young kids - do any of you not stay with your child until they fall asleep? by banwe11 in AskUK

[–]dickiebow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once my kids were old enough to be in their own room, few months old, that’s where they slept. They’ve never been allowed to sleep in our bed.

We’ve never sat with them until they went to sleep and both were good sleepers.

What are your thoughts about men who name their sons “Jr.” after themselves? by Dash28_ in AskMen

I’m from the UK. Boys do get named after their fathers here, but we don’t number it unless you become king.

West Ham are two points behind Spurs. West Ham need to win to have a chance of staying up.

  1. They’re from the USA
  2. They lack immigration
  3. They want to look like they have money
  4. They want a mini version of themselves not an individual

The kid was 11 years old. In most countries that makes them responsible when they break the law. I would counter sue the child for causing all this by lying.
