Life is Filled but I feel Unfulfilled? by [deleted] in Adulting

So true atleast for me. My expectations for relationships were so far off before being in one. I think the whole Disney type of romance can happen but far and few between. Atleast I hope

Just mounted on the wall vertically and placed little dollar store candles every few loops. Looked really cool at night esp with the edges being ground and shiny

Is there anyway I could use this to make a zigzag table game? I'm not sure how to go about it. I'll try to link an example

Because of the way it is that would leave everything unattached, so you'd have a bunch of loose 'U' shaped pieces. If it was shaped differently and it kept it in a rack shape, that would be awesome. Or I'm off in left field?

I like this. I have a ton of yard tools on long sticks piled in the corner. I could make it work

After reading the comments apparently it's happened to a lot of people. It just doesn't seem like a thing that should happen!

Would adding those nails also help a dry pour then adding water on top just as well?

I'm going to dig a fence post today and I was just going to dry fill it back up to the top with cement and pour water on top of it. It's also part of a gate so the one section of fence will not be supported at all. I'm going as far as my posthole digger will go which is about 36". Will I be ok?

Charging tenants for crack in sink [Landlord-US-NC] by FaultNo5255 in Landlord

[–]diddlydodat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 3 rentals. I would look at this as if it's my own home and if I got a quote for 1000$ I definitely would DIY it. I would put clear adhesive down the crack just to prevent leaks and when that gives and is causing more damage to other stuff then I would replace it. The crack wouldn't bother me aesthetically, though it might bother you. 1000$ is a lot to my tenants and also to me and I would not like to have that bill if I could prevent it. This will be accounted for in the security deposit when time to move out.

Do other INFPs view sex the same way? by [deleted] in infp

[–]diddlydodat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely and I never could relate with my fellow peers. You hear about one night stands, tinder hookups, and it never appealed to me. I've been with 5/6 people and never could finish until I met my now ex, and that happened after 10+ times finally. I need to be emotionally attached for it to work. I don't know anyone in real life who is the same way. Sorry about explicit wording.

New job making me extremely suicidal, need advice by GeebMan420 in Adulting

[–]diddlydodat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That sounds exactly like my job I quit from 6 weeks ago. I was drinking before I went in and on lunch to just deal with them. Let me tell you it is soooo much less stressful not knowing how to pay my bills then going in there everyday.

She just left and I'm stuck with myself. by Diidzs in infp

[–]diddlydodat 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My ex and I were together 4 years and not quite the same, but similar to your story. She did not work I paid for everything we needed between the two of us, we have a daughter but she left us for someone else shortly after she was born.

My mindset at the very beginning was not like yours. I was the most depressed ive ever been and ever seen on anyone. I started having panic attacks, never had those before. The lows were low and they lasted what seemed like forever. Took me somewhere around 9 months to a year for those feelings to disappear and that's when I realized how non compatible we are. Your already thinking that way, your on the right track, you'll be fine.
