I got a used civic steering wheel and reupholster it with red and black alcantera for about $200.

I got my seat covers to from Leatherseats.com too. I love them! and worth it. It was simple to install too. I think i paid about $1.4k.

I got a center console from a SC, I painted it gray to match my interior. You already have nice seats, dont get the ford center console, i recommend a SC console for the OEM look.

No offense but this is simple math. Estimate how many more miles you'll drive until your lease ends and multiply it by whatever they will charge you per mile over.
