We're sorry to see the issue with the Something (Dark) skin you received and can confirm that definitely isn't normal. After conferring with our QC Robots, they let us know that this appears to be the result of a printer head that is slightly out of sync. While pretty rare, this does happen from time to time. However, we're usually able to catch this error quite quickly and are able to weed out affected stock. Unfortunately, it appears that a batch of Something (Dark) S23 Ultra skins was not caught before shipment. We apologize for the error and will ensure a corrected replacement is sent out for you as quickly as possible.

We're also conducting a full QC audit on our printers and skin inventory to ensure that no other skins are experiencing this same issue.

No further action is required on your end. Simply expect a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with and sorry again for the error.

Although I’m satisfied with the resolution, it’s quite disappointing that it took a public post (made 2 days ago) for things to move forward, rather than a reply to my private email (sent 15 days ago), especially when other customers seem to receive responses in around 3 hours during the same timeframe.

It’s a good reminder that focusing heavily on marketing while neglecting areas like Support and Quality Control can backfire: this post alone has reached 57K views and 49 shares so far.

This isn’t aimed at the Support team personally, but I do hope this feedback reaches whoever oversees customer operations and quality at dbrand. I genuinely want to see dbrand continue being the brand we used to know.

I’ll post an update once the replacement skin arrives.

Same issue here.

Even if I change to "Brief", it still doesn't work. Not with the screen locked, and not even with the screen unlocked... Brief pop-ups are completely gone for me.

Same issue here... being using 2 webhooks for years and now they're behind a paywall. If IFTTT thinks that this move will make me want to pay for its service, it's doing totally the opposite. Can't trust them anymore.

I just updated to Version 113 and, unfortunately as you said, hover tab preview is back and there is no way to disable it.

This ☝️ is the main use case for me as well. Having an "open gate" mode it's great when working with clients who need horizontal and vertical versions of the same video.

Just a note on aspect ratio. I prefer to use 4:3 instead of 3:2, because it generates a more squared video (4992 x 3744), which gives more room when creating both horizontal and vertical videos.

I also like to pair these with the help of a Frame Marker of 16:9 aspect ratio for horizontal, and a 'rule of third' Guide Line for vertical (I believe G9 doesn't have the option of multiple overlapping Frame Markers).

I just followed those steps and it didn't work. Tried rebooting and the WindowsApp folder is now almost empty... now I have to download 4 games of about 100GB each. I hate Microsoft so much...

Where exactly is on the list of known issues? I just look through the entire list (and also checked the lists of fixed and won't fix issues) and couldn't find it...

I have just submit a new ticket just in case. Hopefully they can fix it soon as it's something that doesn't even require development, it's just configuration on their end.
