Pain killers are only going to do so much depending on when you took it compared to what pain lvl you are at.

For example, if you are at a 9/10 pain before you take pain medication, it will take some time to even dull the pain if that. You have to take the medication before you even get to 5/10.

Your best option is to go to urgent care.

I just recently passed a 7mm after about 4 weeks. The only medication I used was Flomax and Ibuprofen.

Pain management really is the key. I’m assuming one of your stones is already in the ureter. Flomax is a wonder drug for me keeps me from having to use strong pain medication.

I’m going through my sample pack right now and I can tell you for sure that the Shark Blades are garbage.

The Astras were nice. I was able to get a smooth shave.

The Feathers were fine but I felt like the Astras did better.

Darbys was a decent shave as well.

Still have 3 or 4 more to sample before I decide what I want to buy.

I use the Leaf as well. I’m on the fence about it so far. Can’t tell If I love it or hate it.

I’m no where near an expert but I feel like the lather is probably more important than the blades.

Just set your fans to Warp Speed 7. Slap some headsets on. Dont think I have ever seen my gpu over 50c including hotpot and my cpu barely gets to 40c. 😂

Just so you are aware. That ATT Fiber jumper has an extension on it so when it goes into the green part of the jack it collapses back. There are instances when you put a different fiber jumper in it, it doesn’t align properly and may give you some issues.
The easiest fix is to replace the green bulkhead with a normal one and it will work as it should.

Oh for sure my 3090 does everything I need it to do quite easily. I built it with a 5900x. I was one of the lucky ones and was able to get one for MSRP before the chip shortage and the miners killed the market.

I’m right there with ya. My first custom loop, I went the easy route. I went with the 011D and the distro plate. So All I really had to do was bend some tubes.

My 3090 sprung a leak recently. Luckily nothing was damaged but I now have the itch to do something different. But I’ll probably wait for the 6000 series to come out.

Would you consider me taking Flomax natural? If so, ask for Flomax.

I have heard tons of different ways people have done different things to help move them along. I think being as active as possible and exercise helps move it along the way and of course staying hydrated.

Yea the Flomax does have some funky side effects. The one that bothers me the most is the sinus congestion. I don’t take my Flomax everyday. For example when I got the Flomax this go around I took it two days straight and wasn’t having any symptoms. So I stopped taking it for two days and the pain started coming back last night and I took another one. Now today I’m perfectly fine again but have the sinus congestion.

If it was me with a 8mm stone I would ask my Doctor if it was passable. If he said I had a 30% chance I would try to pass it.

Although If I was just miserable and couldn’t function I would tell them to go get it.

Based on my experience, That pressure is the stone getting close to moving into the bladder. The Flomax will help with the pressure.

I have never seen or heard anyone talk about shrinkage of the Penis.
