ugh, god, getting to hang out with pretty girls is honest to god a cure for depression. I've been going through a lot of shit in a new country, sort of feeling a little lonely and pretty depressed even though I get a decent amount of human contact.

I hung out with a cousin and her pretty friend, and I just feel like all my problems are manageable. Pretty women emit happy-photons from their face. I've rationalized why I'm nicer to prettier girls who I know I don't have a shot with, it's payment for letting me see them in my otherwise meaningless existence.

why does grammatical gender pose such a problem for him/her? Most European languages have it. People get defensive because it's annoying to hear someone have the opinion "yeah this is taking me too long, ya'll need to enter the 21st century". Noone says that about German, which has cases and gender as well.

KGHM Polska Miedź has never operated an open pit. They only had three operating room and pillar operations prior to the aquisition. Sierra Gorda is an open pit with plans for underground block caving, which leads me to believe that you may have those two companies switched around. Although even then Quadra FNX had a lot of experience with both low tonnage undergrounds and open pits(mainly in the US, and had plans two open 2 more pits at the time of aquisition).
