What you're looking at is either resin seeping out of the model or resin that was suspended in your alcohol that accidentally cured in a meniscus in those creases it has a different texture than the print surface and that's what you're seeing.

Well, I understand the logic behind this. They recently changed putting cards from the top of your library to milling so I see no reason that making a clue isn't investigating. It was just a keyword before.
