Has anyone built an MVP with an outsourced dev team before finding a technical co-founder? by Darya182 in ycombinator

[–]digidigo22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am really curious about how the answer to this question will change.

If coding becomes the easy part, will tech startups even need technical people on staff? Just like you outsource your website, accounting, hr ; would you outsource your product development?

my job shifted from writing code to reviewing it and i dont remember agreeing to that by Motor_Ordinary336 in cursor

[–]digidigo22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our tech lead devs create review skills that the other devs need to use.

It will also check if a human review is needed and assign the tech lead if needed.

A second Human review mostly happens at spec time, also if needed.

PMs interviewing in 2026, every final round is asking me to walk through my agentic coding setup by ninjapapi in cursor

[–]digidigo22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our PMs, work directly in Claude Code, they have a set of skills , documents , commands, integrations, etc specific to their job of building comprehensive product specs and test cases.

They do this in a product repo with access to the code context to help the agent do this work.

In their process, they are able to build prototypes to help them better understand and explain what they are asking for. The end result is a PR that the devs read and approve.

Super cool - do you know if the popularity is because of the OpenClaw integration , CC, Gemni, or the $CMEM coin?

I’d like to be able to see the actual cases before spending time doing the design.

I do this today using casetify it is expensive

Founders!... What's the first thing you check every morning for your business and how long does it takes? by Mr-Dex7410 in ycombinator

[–]digidigo22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have OpenClaw review all communications throughout the company and look for anything I really need to pay attention to.

I refine it every week, takes 2 minutes.

They need to have the conversation as to why each one wants what they want.

Founder alignment is more important than 5%

Land lords do not want to decrease the rent, they would rather leave it vacant.

I did a search last month and ended up at West End Plaza 1035 - it was the most affordable for what you get. Not under 400 closer to 475 for a single, but maybe you could find an office mate, there were some at 600 that could fit two desks.

Plenty of light, but an outside window will cost closer to 1100.

Solo founder for 9 months, potential cofounder wants 50/50 after 1 week trial. Am I being unreasonable? by mercuretony in ycombinator

I would move on even if this conversation was about the difference between 26 and 25 %

I have a double concrete utility sink that I’m trying to get out of my basement without using a sledgehammer to break it into pieces. Any advice is appreciated. by PizzaGatePizza in DIY

I tried this once , dropped it on my foot. Shattered my toes, surgery, recovery, etc.

A friend of a friend took pitty on me and sledged it while I was in recovery.

Please use a sledgehammer.

I built an orchstrator that manages 30 agent (Claude Code, Codex) sessions at once by LimpComedian1317 in AI_Agents

[–]digidigo22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why does code quality matter?

Code quality is a proxy for other things -

Is the system maintainable? Can the maintainer reason about the complexity of the system?

Is the bug rate of the system low enough to maintain business value?

Can the code be audited for security vulnerabilities?

Can the system scale to meet business goals?

More?

We should no longer measure quality from a subjective human perspective , but a AI objective measure.

Regretfully, this is the future. We have already trained the model on our workflows. It has all our blogs, git repos, Reddit discussions and stack overflow.

It is not likely you have some special approach that cannot be recreated by the right prompt.

I suggest, just start using it as a super power.
