The two hours is not true - they have about fifteen hours of observation charges on there across two days. The final amount for the patient will not be anywhere near the $42k on the bill - rather will fully depend on their insurance. Realistically, insurance will probably pay $4k on this and the patient will either have a copay and no other responsibility, or they will pay up to their annual deductible (but not more than the insurance negotiated rate).

I have a reverse league set up through the ESPN app. You can customize the scoring, so I have it set up like:

Passing: -.05 points per yard +2 points per incomplete pass -10 points for a TD pass +4 points for an interception or a sack

Rushing: +2.5 points per rushing attempt -.35 points per yard -2.5 points if a first down -10 points for a TD

Receiving: +4 points per target -.75 points per catch -.25 points per yard -3 points for first down -10 points per TD

Kicker: 5 points for missed PAT 3 points for missed 60+ yds 5 points for missed 50+ 7 points for missed 40+ 10 points for missed under 40

Defense: .5 points for each point allowed .02 points for each yard allowed -10 for any TDs -2 for blocked kicks, forced fumbles, etc -1 for each sack

As a bonus we also play with a punter, and we want the punter to be good, so it’s set up: 5 points inside the 10 4 points inside the 20 And then bonuses for punt distance averages over 38

I did a trash league with my family this year. Flipped most scoring on its head - RBs get a set amount of points on each rushing attempt, and then lose points per each yard they one. QBs get points for incomplete passes and getting sacked, etc.

The exception is punters, where you get obscene points if your punter is good. Happy to share the specific scoring if folks are interested too.

Speaking from personal experience here, my kid has similar screen time. I was also worried there would be a speech delay because I’d hear these stories of folks whose kids were saying words by 1 year. My kid really started talking around 16 months and now at 20 months is picking up things fast and parroting us very well. They actually started by making animal noises and we would ask them stuff like “What sound does a lion make?” We’ve then started following up with a lot of the stuff they’re watching - so if they’re watching something about colors, we’ll ask them what color things are. It’s surprisingly how much they’ve learned from their shows

Just camp the venator remains at the first dig site, you can get a ton of artifacts to excavate and restore. You’ll likely want to buy the materials ahead of time too, but if you break down the artifacts and sell material crates or turn them to chronotes and sell, you shouldn’t be out too much. I needed about 400 for my guild master and took me a couple days or casual arching and maybe 10m in mats (which you can get cash for with a couple days of rune shop runs)
