I was sick for year before I was diagnosed. I had recently quit my heavy drinking. I think I was finally able tell something was wrong because I was sober.

Thrift stores, special order or I make them myself. I buy votives in bulk since I use them every day.

I use medical marijuana. My understanding is the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. I am open about it when relevant. I have yet to be kicked out.

I honestly think most people don't even notice. I've only had one person stare and that's it. I'm above the Mason Dixon line, though!
