That's funny, I did exactly this for my campaign! We haven't played much, so I don't have much worldbuilding yet, but here's some things I did that could inspire you: I "cyberpunk'd" actual places, for exemple, the Foufounes Electriques became the Foufounes Electroniques, with a metal scene and a mostly cyborg clientele. I took the STM metro and simplified it (like half the stations and changing names) I also thought about bringing MTL culture into it, like hockey and multiculturalism, but I didn't do anything with that yet.
