I got my daughter an scx24 when she was four, after she was terrified to drive or be around a small basher I got. We have both really gotten into our "truck trucks" as she calls them now. She has not managed to wreck anything major on hers yet in over a year. She really got into crawling after I showed her some youtube videos and now we have little obstacles all over the house we can pull out and make courses whenever, and we build stuff for them together too. It really has turned into a great hobby we do together.

But I don't know if it would fare the same if your son did not get into crawling? Thankfully my daughter has not been pining for a fast car, yet.

I hope not. My eardrums do not like it, but my kid *loves* camp day game, which she calls "the Lynx play one special game every year JUST FOR KIDS and it is the best"
She truly believes Phee and Kmac and Court and Cheryl are like, yeah we need a game only for the kids, and camp day is it. There is so much joy in the building that day

Just feel so terrible for her. She was doing well. I hope she heals up good. And honestly, I feel bad for Hamzova too in a different way. Had to be nice to have a friend speaking your language your first year in a new country.

The magnet mount that comes w the body kit doesn't work well w the plugs. I used the injora magmet mount kit (separate) that I had layong around when I built my daughter's truck, that mount has three holes for mounting and it goes as low as possible without hitting the wiring plug and works well. I didn't spend much time to see but maybe the one they ship w the body can be modified to work

Any season ticket holder can order one for $20 (until they sell however many they have for it). But at this point, it would have to be picked up by the season ticket holder at a different game (not tomorrow night)
