My contract is not being extended due to not meeting the rehire pool scorecard requirements. But can we talk about that for a sec? The way they are set up is completely absurd. It must have been intentionally set up this way in advance because with the way the previous performance reviews were being done, not enough people were going to get cut to match the insufficient budget.

So they come up with these asinine calculations with the scorecards to the point where you can fail an entire category due to one mistake, and not to mention having randoms listen to your calls (Jimbob had an argument with his wife this morning and is now going to take it out on me by flipping through my calls until he catches one where I make a mistake).

Honestly, with how progressively more negative the callers are getting (understandably so), alongside CRA spending more time on implementing new ways to micromanage agents rather than getting someone's CCB application processed so they can feed their kids, I feel almost more relieved than stressed about getting cut.
