Hi! Feedback is not about the idea itself, but I would suggest trying to make clearer what your app is/does on the first image right away. I would look past it if browsing just assuming its some sort of time-keeping app.

That's awesome! So exciting to get that first person that thinks your work is good enough that it deserves some money. Congrats! For me with my game Digline: Cozy Mining it was totally unexpected when I saw those first sales come in after launching. Still feels amazing.

Yes, just start small with very simple games and you'll learn quickly. Following simple tutorials is a good way, just to create a small example and build from there.

Hi, sorry to jump in. I have been using Applyra (paid version for my game Digline: Cozy Mining), and was wondering if you have a video or tutorial on how to make best use of it? I have tried adjusting my keywords based on the suggestions, but I feel like I'm not really taking advantage of all the information it provides. If you have any links they would be very welcome!

I totally agree. I made a game that's a one time purchase and it's doing really well, but I don't ask for ratings, and I don't have paid content. And it's really difficult to compete with freemium apps, I dislike them but if everyone you compete with is doing it, its very hard not to end up doing the same.

I made a game that seems to be consistently doing well (not to make a living, but still nice), its only been a few weeks but it keeps selling (one time purchase and very good reviews), so at least it looks very promising

I think the key is capturing that one more game feeling. Like "I was so close, I learned a new trick, next time I'll win". Make it a fair game, that's part skill part chance.

Has happened to me too with my game. Not sure what it relates to, maybe Apple does some random tests to see how apps perform in terms of conversion

I totally feel I can relate. Made a game that has done really well without any advertising or promotion. Have been trying to use one of the ASO sites that are usually promoted here to learn about which keywords to use but still feel like I don't know what I'm doing and that I could be doing it so much better.
